Hai sir,

This is < full name removed > 

I am deposit 8000 on 15/07/2022. Money was left from my bank account, not credited to game wallet and not bounce back to my bank account.  31days are over.

I am contact Leovegas gambling site they ask payment proof. I submit all the documents, they accepted that but my deposit issue not resolved.

I contact payment gateway also and they told me money received on 16/07/2022 update to merchant also, but leovegas are not responding and saying investigating working on it like that I have all the proofs about that deposit amount. 

Totally two deposit are missing 8k on 15/07/2022 and 1900 on 15/08/2022 month, only changed dates are same.

Sorry Sir i am send a lot mails but you are not seen <email address removed> account name <full name removed>i daily saying investigating like that 32days are over my side all the documents are perfect while i am raise a dispute to billdesk payment gateway they told money received and settled to merchant account thats mail also there... you locked my account i submit proper answer 32days onwards waiting means just give me big gift to suspend my account same 1900 also same only investigating first wait 48hours settled to your account now relevant department is investigating how unfair sir incase if i uploaded in your office leovegas gambling site there is no use for me my account is locked my deposit is Miss totally 9900

I am depression about missing deposit where is my deposit because 2deposit are missing but you understand i lost crores and lakhs but i am not mine loosing winning and losing are common see sir i gie you a lot of value and put a trust from your site i didn't chat any rude language also but this 32days onwards i got unsatisfied answers
