Rizk Casino - Deliberately delayed payment

Dear Askgamblers

On the night of August 31, 2024 I was playing a live roulette table called Roulette Azure. After the ball landed on number 13 ( black ) two times in a row game did not pay out my winnings but instead they cleared my entire balance down to €0. ( please see the photo attached ) I immediately tried to contact customer support only to find out they could not be reached each time I tried. ( please see photo attached ) within two minutes their entire site was down with a technical error 502 bad gateway ( please see the photo attached) I tried to log in back to my account multiple times without any luck. The following day I contacted customer support and they reassured me this would be resolved within few hours. I also sent them emails explaining exactly what has happened and I attached the photos I took during the glitch.

Currently I have 21 email exchanges between customer service and myself and they are still to this day refusing to pay out my winnings. I was told all they had to wait for a response from the game provider and on September 3rd they confirmed the game provider responded (please see the photo attached) to their request reconfirming my straight up bet on number 13 black was €10.50 meaning I should have been paid €378 ( €10.50 x 36 ) both times the ball landed on number 13, €756 in total.

The game provider confirmed this on September 3rd and they still have not paid out my winnings.

All they are doing is emailing me multiple lies and deliberately delaying paying out my money. This is the worst gambling experience of my entire life since I started playing online. I have deposited multiple thousands into their casino prior to this, and it is an absolute disgrace they get to treat me this way.

Rizk Casino - Casino void my winnings due to not being eligible

I have been Rizk player over 5 year and I'm level status 73. I have been playing there various promotion and bonuses always. No problem on that. They send 18.02.2022 email about 100k roulette promotion https://rizk.com/fi/casino/eksklusiivinen/100k-roulette/17440. I study the promotion, opt in , I get message I'm in the promotion (picture reference A).

Then I contact chat and verify the betting rules, normal chat did not know about this, so they forward this question to corresponding promotional team. They get to me back via email, and confirm the betting rules (picture reference B).

I deposit 1350e and get also deposit bonus to betting (picture reference A, you can see the bonus money in my account) so at this time promos and bonus works fine.

I started to play this live casino tournament at rizk roulette table, I play several hours with out any winning and lose lot of money, then by miracle I hit 6 straight numbers in row right. I was excited about the 7000e winning. (Picture reference C)

So I contacted straight away to customer support to confirm this winning to me and can I continue playing and win more. I send several messages on 18, 19 and 20.2.2022. Finally on Sunday evening, the just send me message that I'm not eligible to any bonus or promotional at Rizk and say they are very sorry. (picture reference D)

Rizk decide to give me bonus ban, AFTER they see I hit miracle winning on they promotion. I like to highlight, that everything in bonus and promotion works just fine, before this miracle hit.

Also, they have never sent me information that I'm not eligible to take part to promotion or bonus, on the contrary, they call me, send sms, send emails about promotion and bonuses.

Rizk Casino - No response regarding my verification

I play a few years in this casino. I have never experienced any problems. I always use the same methods of deposits over 4500$ deposits but a few days I have decided to play machine and I was lucky that night the machine pay me. So I try to make a withdraws. I was then contacted by Support to provide some standard verification procedures which turned out to be a nightmare for me. they requested that I upload the following. - Proof of ID – This can be a copy of your Passport, Driving License or countries ID Card. The image must clearly show your face

- Proof of address – Please provide a recent utility bill (electricity, gas, water or phone), government letter or a bank statement. This must be dated within the last 6 months and clearly show your first name, surname and current address

- Proof of payment: Bank Statement – Please provide a screenshot / print screen of your most recent online bank statement. This must clearly display your full name, bank account number, banks logo and url of the webpage. It’s recommended to use a desktop browser rather than mobile to capture this. I have provided all the necessary documentation including my ID, a credit card bill, and my bank statement which is a proof of payment. I was then requested to provide the following for a second time which I gladly provided: - A valid copy of your ID, front and back (e.g. National ID Card, Passport or Driving License).

I have tried to contact support live to speak to an agent but they never show up and let me alone with the robot multiple times and get told they don't know why and they are looking into and have no answers or timeframe. They told me to send in my verifications which I have done but they have still not acknowledged this. They won't advise me what's happening and have no answers. I am concerned looking at others complaints same issues and go round and round in circles with no payment. Please help me to get my withdrawals They are mucking me and clearly once I tried to withdraw funds. Cordialement

Massive selection of slots, great customer support, very nice casino layout, good bonuses, wheel of rizk, extremely fast withdrawals always paid at 5pm day after withdrawal.

This casino is by far my fav casino. Everything about it from the slots to support is amazing. Only ever had 1 bad experience which was a withdrawal they asked for bank statements ect but I was paid. When I logged back in there was a wager free cash bonus as compensation for the issue.

One of my favorite casinos. Favorite games. Extremely fast withdrawals and don't let me get started with that withdrawal lock feature....can I get a what what!!!! So awesome. Leveling up is great too and they have a race tournament every week.

I hate that many of the games are not available to me. I would love to play some of them as they look cool but they are restricted to Canadians. Also they took away the chat feature for support on mobile.....that is a no no....they are going to lose players by doing that. Nothing anymore, use to approve of this casino because of fast withdrawals.

Received an email stating that my account would be closed as they were closing all accounts in Australia. I have been playing at rizk for over a year and levelled up 100s of times, loyal through and through. I asked if there would be any compensation for their loyal customers and received a strong no from online support. So after literally thousands of dollars of deposits over a year or more, I will be kicked to the curb and my account closed. Disgusting

So I've been playing online for 4-5 years and I've never come across a casino with not only a great choice of slots, but the support crew are the best! Support suck and dont help you. I placed bet on live roulette table for category "zero". Right before ball stops I get an pop up, "table not available" but the table is still live behind the pop up. The ball enters 32, my bet says 480 nok. And guess what, I get my bet back and not the winnings. Support say they cant help me cause what their "server say" is the end.

I advice every gambler to go away from rizk and find another casino to play live tables at.

the graphics are very nice, and also the site is very fast and responsive on mobile Phone. Also many games available to play.

The casino looks nice but when it comes down to it its a very very bad place to be playing online. The support staff is very unwilling to help. Yes they do have a chat but the people in the chat are only able to exchange spins, they have no real authority and can not help with anything else like verify documents, change details or give out extra information concerning withdrawals and payout process.

I deposited and withdraw more than 10.000 euro in 1 month. ending up negative 2000 so the casino kinda won on me that month, at the end of the month I made a withdrawel (27th) something went wrong and I didn't receive the funds some days later. When contacting the help desk they were unwilling to help and actually decided to belitle me and talk down on me. After some emails the advice was to contact the payments provider. They responded that they never talk about cases with end user.. (so very very bad advice to contact them) and I send in the end another 5 emails and a few hours on the chat they finally investigated the problem 7 days later and found out something went wrong with the payments provider.

I got something that looked like an apology but nothing more than a 'sorry for your trouble'. In the end I got 10 euro and 25 spins (worth 10 cents per spins so 2,50 euro) as compensation. I mean common 12.50 euro on 2,000 you made on me and over 10.000 euro in deposits...

PS the bonus system 'the wheel' is a joke. I play slots 1.25 or 1.50 euro per spin and I leveld up to level 89. never had more than 5 euro or 3 megaspins on this (worth 3 euro total) so maybe like 0,01% cashback on your play. Really really crazy low its not even funny anymore.

However, as per your reply in the mail, you received this amount after 6 working days instead of 5. For this we of course do apologise, but as said this had to do with Trustly and a delay from their end. Unfortunately more players experienced some delays in their withdrawals, but this situation is now fully solved. We have gone through the chats and the mails and we can see that the support has tried their best to be friendly and cooperative, but for some requests you had, the support does not have the access to the systems or this information was not optional for the time of the request. We can also see that for this inconvenient situation you have gotten on 3 different occasions a goodwill. Huh I'm very disappointed today at Rizk casino: in the advertisement first deposit you will get 50 FREE spins.. oh ya they added in the rewards section there is a REwards and you will see right away that there is 5x of 10 FREE spins but you cannot play that all in one time.. each day it saying 10x: my first spinning of what they saying 10xis yesterday, so now I open the slot I got only 5 FREE spins its yesterday so I didn't mind that as I thought that there style might will added in next day or next hour.

So today again I go to rewards and find that only 4x of 10x free spins so I click again the slot it the same only 5 FREE spins so I decided to contact the Customer service to be sure why only 5free spins instead 10 and told him too that yesterday FEB. 26, 2017 that is the same yesterday I thought its 10 but if I open the slot only 5free spins also the same today. I am kinda surprised that Rizk casino is rated 5.5 by it's players. I, for instant, I am a very pleased member and still an active member.

Rizk casino offered a spin of their Wheel of Rizk where you can win a minimum of 5 free spins but on my spin the pointer pointed at a massive 50 free spins on the game of my choice and I choose NetEnt's best known for: 'Starburst'.
