I did call the number back to make sure it was from Party Casino, and after a 10-minute wait on the phone, I was told that they have no record of any such call or promotion so it must have been an error, very disappointed

I was told before I was a VIP customer and to contact my VIP rep with any questions. I contacted today and asked why I never receive any bonuses or free spins? Considering I've been with them so long, spent thousands and thousands of dollars there. My usual week can be deposits from $100-$500. Well lately I've only been putting in money and never winning, so I asked for a bonus. I received an email giving me $10 bonus, wager $400 playthrough. Wow, $10 bucks! I replied, that seems a bit low for a 12 year player, VIP customer. Doesn't really make me want to continue to play? I got an email back saying, I'm sorry you feel that way and oh, btw, you're not a VIP customer anymore! Ok! I guess because I'm not depositing thousands of dollars a day and try to play within my means that I'm not considered VIP anymore. Hundreds a dollars a week is not what they value VIP? Or the fact that I've been with that casino 12 years, constantly playing! So beware, this casino will not value the average player and will not fight to keep your business.
