Title: CryptoLeo Removed My Rakeback Without Warning – Untrustworthy and Disrespectful

I’ve been playing on CryptoLeo for a while and had been fairly happy until recently—but my latest experience has completely destroyed any trust I had in this casino.

I had built up over €300 in instant rakeback, and everything was fine until April 19, 2025, when I suddenly noticed my rakeback had disappeared. I reached out to support, expecting a quick fix or explanation. Instead, I was told by a live agent that my account had been restricted from receiving any bonuses, including rakeback—due to an “administrative decision.”

No prior notice, no email, and no reason was given. When I asked for specifics, I was sent a generic link to the terms and conditions. The agent admitted I had received rakeback just a few days before (on April 16), yet now, without changing anything on my end, it’s been revoked. They also claimed that my current VIP level (Silver 5) doesn't qualify for instant rakeback, which is absurd because I claimed it just days before at the same level.

This seems like a classic bait-and-switch tactic: let players earn bonuses, then take them away without justification once they’ve spent time and money on the site. It’s extremely unprofessional and unethical.

I also made a withdrawal earlier the same day with no issues, so clearly my account was in good standing. Why take away money that I already earned?

I’ve reached out for a proper explanation, but nothing has been done. Just scripted responses and “there’s nothing we can do.” CryptoLeo has shown a complete lack of transparency and disregard for its players.

Avoid this casino if you value fair treatment and honesty. I will also be posting this review on other major gambling review sites to warn others.

Have almost every match in sports betting and good limits per bet too, could do the first three or four withdrawals but they took some time and on the last one I had to ask for it on the chat.

Closed my account saying that I needed to do verification, which I've done it and then the trouble started, I was asked to do a video call to confirm my identity and they delayed it 3 times, took 2/3 days to respond to my e-mails, in the chat they said they couldn't do anything I needed to wait and then I was able to schedule the meeting and done it, 10 days later and I've emailed them 3/4 times without respond, my account still closed and my money still there.

Game Variety was decent, site never crashed on me or anything like that. Theres chat which is neat but they will ban you if you try to warn US players from depositing.

This site took thousands from me, I finally won $900 and tried to withdraw and then it wanted to verify me. They refuse to verify people who live in the US despite taking their money and not block the US on their site. They have been robbing me this entire time as there was never any way I could get winnings out. Do not bet here even if you don't live in the US as you cannot trust them to pay out. Its bitcoin they pay with trying to verify someone's address really shouldn't come into the equation.

The VIP program is great. It’s VPN friendly, has a great selection of games and the withdrawal process is easy. All in all, a good rounded casino and good fun to play.

The bonuses are great as well.
