Casino Estrella - Not allowing me to close my account and process withdrawals totaling $50,000 at the sane time
Helo askagmblers. Casino estrela, although sometimes i feel there a solid casino, but also trying to take me into circles to keep playing to make me lost funds. I have 50k pending withdrawals. I depsosited 12k of them which are my money.8k out of 50k has been approved. I requested them to close my account untill all my withdrawals were proccessed since they have only 1k per day 5k per week max withdrawals. I got a confirmation by email that i can do that and if i close my account finance dep. Will be able to proccess all withdrawals normaly.(attached is the email from maria) A week later i decided to go to chat and request to close account untill all withdrawals were proccessed. He said he will ask finance dep. He came back to me and said said yes it okay to do that( chat transcript attached) Then suddnly after a minute he said finance dep is only "advicing you" not to close account incase there will be delayment and forget to proccess withdrawals. I guaranteed him that i will come in to remind chat that i have a withdrawal today. Then "again" !! He said finance dep. Said they will freeze all withdrawals if account is freezed. (All chat transcript attached) How is that professional? How is that honest? Obviously there putting me into circles to keep playing and lose all. I will not continue playing untill all my money is in my account. Obviously thats playing me. Askgamblers please help me to know the truth as i am 100% feeling that all this is manipulating. Ps: they dont have anything in there terms&condi. Saying that i cant proccess witbdrawals while in a cooloff period. Attached all proofs.

Casino Estrella - Self-excluded in their sister casino, but opened account and lost 1060eur
I`m having big problems with gambling, and as a part of healing from it I have contacted an unknown number of casinos to exclude myself from them. Last night I had an reversion and searched AG for a welcome-bonusoffer. I choose Casino Estrella as it seemed good and offered a decent 100% wb. Long story short, as way to many times in the past I emptied my wallet. Lets cut to the case: Today I found that this casino belongs to the same group (Starfish-media) as one of the casinos I earlier have excluded myself from, Lucky31. First of all, it should not be possible to open one account when you're excluded from a casino group. Second, If I had won and requested a withdrawal, I'm convinced they would have turned the ex against me and void any winnings. There`s no reason to gamble if you can`t win... Estrella Shines Bright In The Dark, But Costs a Bit More To Shine.

Casino Estrella caught my sparkling eyes with their attention-grabbing welcome bonus which is a 100% match bonus up to $75 plus 100 free spins divided into 20 for 5 days. The wagering involved had 30x for deposit + bonus.

I went on to take the cool plunge and deposited the minimum $30 via Interac. However, I was a bit surprised when the amount was processed in US dollars, costing me around $42 CAD. What was once a small price to pay became a bit more costly, I figured.

With my bankroll topped up and matched which can be claimed separately via the bonus section (clicking the bonus information/super points too goes there as well), I had my sights set on the Air Dice leaderboard contest in my forum for the chance to win a share of EUR prizes.

Using welcome bonus on Estrella, I hit the slots hard for hours, chasing those high multipliers. Book of Bloodlines and Curvy Corsairs (that one's a real saucy slot! 170 free spins total upon a bonus trigger lol) treated me well with 159x and 113.2x hits respectively. Unfortunately, it wasn't enough to crack the top 3 on the Air Dice leaderboard, with the leaders racking up insane multipliers of 896x, 422.4x and 238x. Maybe next time!

While I didn't take down a leaderboard prize, the welcome offer on Estrella itself was quite rewarding. I appreciated that the 100 free spins were split into 5 daily instalments of 20 each into 5 different slots. It's nice to space them out in case Lady Luck decides to play around for a few days.

Another perk at Estrella is their super points store. You can redeem rewards starting at just 5,000 points for 5 free spins, all the way up to 50,000 points for 50 free spins. It's a great way to extend your play without further deposits. It is a lot of points to accumulate
from such gameplay though.

Overall, Casino Estrella is a refreshing online casino with good game variety and promotions. Be wary as the minimum deposit processed is in USD so it cost me a tad more for us from the "north" (whispers: just across the border). But the quality of offers and the ability to be able to claim these bonuses separately as opposed to having the bonus added automatically altogether makes it a worthwhile nomination for consideration!

I don't know why my account is in USD or perhaps upon registration that was the only option I don't remember but playing on Casino Estrella would question myself if I should come back for another chance.

The 50,000 SP for 10% reload is quite questionable. Not sure if this is wager-free or if it comes with wagering requirements. If I did rack up 50,000 SP it would be on either the 50 free spins at 40k SP or the 5 EUR in bonus money for the same SP price.

Casino Estrella has all of the great games you can ask for and they are supplemented with good exciting bonuses. Speaking of bonuses, the requirements aren’t actually too high so it’s cool.

Transactions take too long and it’s worrying. I really wish there are so much more reassurance that I can get my money sometime soon past the 24-hour limit. Fixing this issue can take Casino Estrella so much more for gamblers like me.

Casino Estrella is a good 8 star casino.
It fulfills most of the 5 important things, a good casino needs. But there is space for improvement.
- Great selection of slot games, that don't lag!
- Fast verification (took me less than 48 hours), but they need more specific documents than other casinos (for example: My bank statement wasn't good enough, because my bank doesn't colorize the printed paper, so I needed to get an additional letter from my bank).
- The withdrawal was fast (around 24 hours after verification), but the 1.000€ per day limit is way too low. My 3.000€ win is split in 3 installments, which shouldn't happen with withdrawals under 10.000.
- You can set individual daily/weekly/monthly deposit limits on your own.
- The chat is very friendly.

In total, it's a very good casino that can be recommended.
But there are some points that needs be improved.

Good games with many slots and table games. They got NetEnt games, which is cool. I played here like five times but I think I’ll not play here again because everything is complicated.

Casino Estrella is the most disappointing online casino I’ve ever played. I just wasted my time and money for a troublesome casino. I can’t believe that I lost sleep for this casino. Disgusting experience playing here as they offer gambling in Spain.

I am in a gamblers self-exclussion national list called General Register of Gaming Access Bans (RGIAJ). As per the Spanish Law (Ley 13/2011, de 27 de mayo, de regulación del juego) they were obliged to cross check my data in the list and never accept my registration.

Payout takes forever. Made a withdrawal sunday to my creditcard. Got a mail next Day saying I need to use bank transfer. I made a new withdrawal to bank transfer monday. Wednesday my payout was still pending. Send them a mail, Got a fast and very friendly reply that They where Sorry for the delay, but They would speed it up. 5 hours later nothing new, I send another mail. Then I Got the message that bank transfer will take up to 72 hours. Ok, no prob. Now its more than 75 hours since I asked for my funds and now They tell me it will take up to 5 more days! The support is all very friendly, but it seems like They don't wanna pay.

Copy of casino extra. Worse even. Still got netent, fast to play.

All of it. Typical white label with bad offers sent via email, not for vips. Nothing there, slow to pay. Seems to look for excuses not to pay winnings on time. Takes at least 7-10 days to get paid when requesting.
