The customer service level was absolutely terrible. There are no Native English speakers on their team. Their Banks Transfer Withdrawal form makes no sense. They ask for the BSB and Account Numbers to be put in a single line on a single field. I asked them how long it takes to process withdrawals. They said the status would be approved when the money reaches my account, which makes no sense. They still do not fully understand the question.
