El pasado día 12 de diciembre solicité una retirada de 101,22€. La retirada fue realizada con exito por parte de la empresa BetAndYou, pero mi banco rechazó la transacción por un error técnico. A pesar de esto, mi banco reenvió de vuelta el importe de los 101,22€ al emisor de la transferencia, otorgándome los documentos oficiales que certifican el reembolso a la compañía de los 101,22€. Pues a pesar de contactar durante 15 días con el soporte de BetAndYou y adjuntarles toda la documentación que solicitan (extracto de cuenta bancaria en fecha de la retirada donde se aprecia que no se ha recibido la transferencia de 101,22€, extracto oficial del reembolso, etc.) a día de hoy sigo sin disponer del importe de los 101,22€ en mi cuenta de juego y se niegan a darme ninguna solución, unicamente me dicen que "los especialistas están trabajando en el caso". Tras 15 días de espera ya tengo asumido que no quieren darme el dinero.

I'm unable to withdraw 649€ because of not receiving the SMS code to confirm it. Before that there was no problem of receiving SMS code or withdrawing my money. My mobile service provider checked everything and there is no problem on their side neither is in my phone, because as checked by my provider there was no SMS that would get to my providers servers. Then I ordered a callback option, this is when their operater calls you on your phone. I explained the situation to him and he gave me code to confirm the withdrawal. But it was rejected, as you can see in the attached picture. As always I deposited with bank card and tried to make wihtdrawal with SEPA back to my bank account. Until this it was working fine as I already made a withdrawal. So this reason for rejection is a problem in their system or they just want to stole my money even when I have a minus of a few thousand € on my account overall. And now I have another problem. I cant even get into account because i need an SMS code as you can see in the attached picture. But again there is no SMS being sent to my phone (my operater checked it again). Their live chat support is not helpful at all since all they give me is generic answers again and again and are saying that SMS was sent, which was not. When I try to call operator who called me back I am waiting in the lobby for next available operator and then the call ends. I have tried to call them a few times already but its always the same.

Hello. I tried to do a withdraw in this casino 10 days ago, gave the documents numbers and tried this withdraw, less than 30$. The casino opens me a page where I need to click in a link to liberate this withdraw. In this page, it says the withdraw was approved. Well, I click on the link and its go to a page saying there is an error about the information.

Well, I talked with the support asking for the cancel of this withdraw and they say they cant do it because it was approved. I sent all the prints, and they said first to wait 5 days, than after it they said they would send my case to specialist teams. I asked again for the cancellation of this withdraw but they say they cant do that. The specialist team didn't contact, and after 10 days I just gave up about the money. The answer they give me is always that they cant do nothing. I sent the prints and they just say to try again (I clicked millions of time, refresh page, cleaned cookies, and is always the same information. Hard to believe in this type of problem in a casino that have more than 9 rating here.

Hello, I would like to file a complaint against betandyou casino for delay of payment. I made a withdrawal of 30 dollars to my AIRTM e-wallet on May 15, 2024 and today is May 27 and I still haven't received it ( The $30 withdrawal is approved, as shown in the attached screenshot). I have contacted betandyou support and they always reply the same thing that I should wait, but it has been too long and I still haven't received my withdrawal. So I need your help to get a solution.
