I initially deposited $100 USD into this casino on 23/04/2021. I successfully built this amount up to approximately $3,000 USD. I had a look at the terms and conditions and the weekly withdrawal amount is listed as $3,500 USD per week. I requested three withdrawals of $1,000 USD each using their crypto option on 24/04/2021. These requests were quickly rejected as the finance team does not process crypto transactions. I then tried their mastercard / visa withdrawal option. They rejected this option as well and forwarded me a bank deposit option. I sent the bank details to their support team. However, after 1 week they rejected one of the $1,000 transactions and only returned $500 USD to my account. I tried to message their support team however they were unable to process basic questions in English. They could not find the missing $500 USD and tried to claim that the amount was with the finance department for processing.

The reason for rejecting this transaction is that the support team claim that the daily limit is actually $500 USD per day. I tried processing the $500 USD in my account which they later rejected again. This time they claimed the daily limit is $100 USD per day.

Each time I message their support, they come up with another excuse to not process the withdrawals. It is now the 19th of May and I have finally received $100 of the $3000 USD. Avoid this casino at all costs as you will not receive your money.

Actually nothing good on this casino. The games? You‘ll find them anywhere. The design? Doesn’t comprehend with all of the issued this casino has and doesn’t change.

HUGE delays, you need god's help to contact support and get a reply that is based on your problem and not automated message. I've tried 3 times already and everytime they find a new thing to cancel the withdraw!
I did a withdraw step by step while chatting with the support and told me everything is fine and the cashout money was okay and the next day I get a mail that the withdraw is discarded again! Even tho they told me what to do and checked it instantly!!!
Everyday a support person tells me I have a different maximum cashout, a different problem occurs, they have no stability and there is no security!

If a casino can not keep up with the withdrawals, then there is no need for a customer to be playing here. I would rate the casino much higher but the circumstances do not allow me to do it this time. Maybe some other time.

Well, reading their review and also seeing the quick withdrawal time as well as they accept interac as both deposit and withdrawal method, I thought this casino would be pretty good. Unfortunately, this was not the case.

So, there is a couple of things I am not happy with.

1) Inability for customer service to communicate. For the first time ever since playing on line casinos, this casino had an issue with my verification documents. For my bank statement (which was being used for proof of address only) I have a joint account with my husband, therefore there are 2 names at top of my statement, I do not use this account for any transactions with their website (I use my private bank account), since this document is for proof of address ONLY. I have always used this statement for proof of address since all utilities are in my husbands name only. I have never had issues with this on previous casino websites. I have explained this numerous times today. Please note, I have been on dealing with this for chat for 1 hour and 45 minutes and have gotten no where, this is quite ridiculous.

2) Withdrawal methods posted on AskGambler from this website is not accurate. I made a few deposits via interac etransfer, I managed to win back a small amount and decided to withdraw the funds. Beem Casino offered 3 methods of withdrawal, none of which I use nor can use. They say interac is also a withdrawal method, for me, this was not the case. I am now waiting to hear back from the “finance department “ regarding this.

I absolutely do not recommend this website, it has been extremely painful with all processes. There are many other top rated on line casinos that are much more seamless.

Once this withdrawal issue is worked out, I will be closing this account.

I won’t be surprised if I end up posting a complaint regarding this casino for withholding funds...but for now, as am hoping that will not happen.
