Delayed Withdrawal at 7BitCasino NZD 6900 Pending

I am a verified player at 7BitCasino and have been playing Aviator (Spribe). I did not use any bonuses for my play.

On 07 August 2025 at 19:17 UTC, I requested a withdrawal of 3,000 NZD via cryptocurrency.
On 08 August 2025 at 07:11 UTC, I requested another withdrawal of 3,900 NZD via cryptocurrency.

Both withdrawals are still in Pending (Cryptoprocessing) status as of today. These are legitimate winnings from my gameplay, and I have complied with all casino terms and conditions.

I have contacted live chat support multiple times regarding the status of my withdrawals. However, I have only received general responses without a confirmed payout timeline.

I am requesting 7BitCasino to process my pending withdrawals promptly and release my total winnings of 6,900 NZD to my approved cryptocurrency wallet.

It's now been almost 72 hours. I emailed support multiple times, with no response. Talked to live chat who repeatedly just tell me I am in queue and that withdrawals are processed on a “first come first served” basis; or they tell me to just “wait a little longer”. Then I get told I need to verify my deposit (which I already did days ago and have the screenshots to prove it), only to still be waiting.

I was finally told by a VIP manager that they need to have the financial team verify the results, but they claim the games are provably fair so I don’t quite get that.

Support has been approachable and kind but it doesn’t feel like they’ve done anything to actually help along my withdrawal process. I initiated this withdrawal on Thursday and it’s now Sunday.

It’s a $5000 win and I was told that I would have an instant payout and now I'm losing confidence they are legit.

I won't 198 LTCcand tried to withdraw 166 but was told within an hour that my limit was 150 LTC per week. Fine. I resubmitted for 150 LTC withdrawal almost 48 hours ago and all I get from support is that it is processing be patient. Even though their site says instant ltc payouts??? No legit established, trustworthy casino takes this long to pay out! There's no logical reason or excuse! I just want my money, please!

Hi everyone,

Yesterday I started to play in 7BitCasino. I got stuck in a game and won a small amount. So I requested a withdrawal. After that I was asked to verify, I did and so I requested my withdrawal again after verification.

The casino claims the withdrawal happens instantly, but I'm waiting now hours. I started to ask support for help, but they always give me automated responses, which really don't help much.

Can someone please look at this?

My withdrawal request was approved by the financial department almost immediately after requesting it and it has been stuck on the side of the payment processor for over 30 hours now.

They keep giving me the same answer to "Be patient, you will have your money in a bit"

I registered on 7bit casino last month (February).
After my first deposit I requested a withdrawal which was paid to me the very next day. I thought to myself this is a great casino and I would like to continue playing with them. I tried my luck again with 3 more deposits and on the last deposit I managed to bring my balance up to 2705.2EUR. I was so happy, I requested another withdrawal expecting to be paid within the same time frame. Unfortunately for me it has been a month since the day I requested that withdrawal and still the casino has not paid me. I have had several conversations on chat where the team told me that they would alert the finance department to process my withdrawal but still I have not received anything. After a couple of weeks they sent me an email requesting a few documents for my account to be verified. I sent them the documents within 24h and the documents still don't appear to have been approved (it's been a few weeks all ready). I wish I had found this website sooner because I do not know what else I can do.
Chat tells me to be patient, but I think I have been more than that, I think it's time they pay me my money. Please help me AskGamblers.

I strongly advise everyone to read this review for a lot of reasons. Customer support ignores you for hours. Free spins are not added automatically and when you go to support they ignore you. Withdrawals may hang for days or even weeks. They don't offer new games by various game providers. Not impressed at all

Not paying. For past month not paying my commissions, support says that already paid, later that will pay soon, already for 7 days long, from 4th december.

This is not first time, problems is eternal on this site. Withdrawals may hangs for weeks. If you win big amount they will not paid to you, they not will be pay you until you lose all.
