Great selection of games and live chat is always available. After many deposits and losses I finally hit some good pays and cashed out 1 BTC. Although cashout was not as quick as I would have liked they did send me mt winnings within 3 business days as promised.

No contact phone number and live support was not able to give me an exact time on cashout. Be persistent and they will pay you.

Got burnt by a flaw on the website. Won big and was not paid. Their race loyalty program crashed on a weekend and paid everyday instead of every 7 days. I was credited 2 extra amounts. Wagered and won with it. Myself being incredibly stupid, I notified them and was stripped of my winnings. Also I highlighted that any of my usual deposits would have won the same amount and pleaded them to credit my winnings. Response was the best they could do to match my '600USD' winnings was 20 free spins of 0.1 each. So that was it, I closed.
