Withdrawal of 28000 INR marked as complete but not received in my bank account since 42 days
Good evening, my 1xbet gaming ID is < sent to the casino >, I am here to complain about my withdrawal of 28000 INR (Withdrawal Request no is: 3323749587) which i requested since the 10/03/2025 at 14:28 which was later marked as completed at 23:56 the same day but up till present date i haven’t yet received the funds into my bank account, I have already made the complaint to the 1xbet casino through all their complaints means available that is by email. Calling support in their mobile app and even writing them by messages. They all requested for bank statement from 24hrs before the withdrawal till present date which i finally succeeded in sending them.
Please help me resolve my issue it’s been 42 days now still not received my funds into my bank account. This is the second time am facing such a problem last time it was my 1Lahk which was later refunded into my betting account after more that 1month of waiting which was through the help of AskGamblers. That’s the reason am back here for this one as well. I will attached my bank statement and screenshots. Thanks for your understanding regards.
