Refund of 100 euros since 3 weeks

Hello,

This platform, the slotz casino, close my account the 22/04 after a deposit of 100€.
They said that they will refund my 100€ on my bank account with the same methods of deposit i’ve used.
But it’s 3 weeks ago and now i received nothing, i always wait the money.

Can you help me please ?
