Delayed withdrawal with no reason

Hello. I have deposited twice already on The Slotz casino. I was able to go up to 180 EUR and to 50 EUR on two different days. I have requested two withdrawals, one last week on friday which is still pending, and one yesterday which is pending too. The live support and the email support keep coming back with no answers and they just keep telling me that it is going through additional risk and security procedures. I have successfully completed every KYC, including ID photos, proof of address on the first day. On the verification page it says that I dont need to verify anything right now. I'm attaching you the transaction history about the dates and the amounts of pending withdrawals. I also tried withdrawing through different networks, but as I can see it doesn't really make any difference. The live support isn't able to tell me an approximate time frame when it is going to be done and I've had enough. Please let me know if you need any more details about my profile or the transactions or anything that will help in solving the case. Thank you!

I have received an email that my documents have been successfully verified. As the site told me, I have initiated a withdrawal of the 230 EUR in a single crypto transaction. Currently I am awaiting my withdrawal to arrive.
