My name is hari < surname removed >i am playing casino from long time never had a issue with any provider. I recently started gambling with My Account was fully verified long time ago. I was depositing and withdrawing money all the time every thing was good. on 15/sep/2020 I won something big like $5000 in single stake. After that i tried withdraw from my account i could not do that. emailed me saying that, they wants to verify my account i said completely fine and submitted documents on the same day through email and they emailed me back saying that they wants me to do verify process new system of uploading documents I have done that as well. After that it has been 5 days no answer from them. When i tried to live chat every time they are saying me to wait we are working on it from 5 days.

Can you please kindly accept my complaint and help resolve this issue i am attaching some proofs that you see. please let me know if you have any questions.
