Blocked account and money

I tried to log into my account on March 1st,2025, but it was asking for 2f, which u had not activated.

I used a temporary email to register the account because if this, I had to use my other email to consult customer team I had answered all the security questions to prove that this is indeed my account.

The team said the email has been updated, and u can use my account, but 6 hours later, when I tried to log in to my account, it was asking for 2FA, which u didn’t activate again

Then I texted them from the updated email, they told me this email is not registered.

Again, I had to go through the painful process of convincing them that this was my account, and finally, they sent me my account. It is verified, and u can access my account again.

After this message, when I tried to log in, it again asked for 2fa, and the customer team has gone cold, and they are not responding.

I have had my account in the sportsbet.io casino for more than 1 year, I stopped betting for several months and returned by betting 800 USDT on the NFL, I won my bet and was able to collect without problems, then I deposited 768 USDT and bet on NBA , I won again and then played online roulette, winning 2400 USDT. I wanted to go collect my winnings and I was surprised that they asked me for a KYC verification, I was able to pass it and then they sent me an email accusing me of many things without being specific, such as:

- That I have many accounts and I am taking advantage of them to make some profit

- That I am part of a betting syndicate

- That I am an expert bettor who takes advantage of my knowledge in sports to defraud them

- That my funds come from money laundering

- Etc

They end by telling me that they will close my account, confiscate all the money, and that I should not create another account, because they will continue to steal the balance! All of this seemed almost like a joke to me, I made legitimate bets on big sports and leagues, I played online roulette, we all know that there is no way to have an advantage over those games, so why do they say that I am defrauding them? I demand that they pay me the full amount of profits, since they are legitimate profits.

How can a Fair company do this?

Are these companies only opened for us to lose our money and debit our money as per their wishes?

I deposited 570$ on this website, and placed a bet, I was immediately emailed to verify my account in order to have a seamless withdrawal. I verified my account, and my bet won, I tried withdrawing and I was asked to contact [email protected]. I emailed them and was asked to verify again! Which I did, now I email them and no response. I contacted them several times and submitted all the proof of payment but no response from since them. I am so upset with them. can you please accept my compliant and help me to resolve my issue.
