My name is Selin and my username is sturker. I started bet with more or less 20 days ago.
Since then,sometimes I have won and sometime lost bets. However, on 04/02/2022, I could not withdraw the money I earned from the bet(2.852,85 USDT). I contacted officials via e-mail. emailed me that they wants to verify my account. I submitted documents on the same day through email and they emailed me back saying that they wants me to do verify process new system of uploading documents. I have done that as well.
Then they emailed to me to asking if i have more than one another account. I don't have another account and I have forwarded this information to them via e-mail.
They sent me two different userna­mes­(ek­ayh­an-­eoz­dogan) and asked how I was related to these people. These users are my friends and we all have our own account.I informed this information by e-mail to them .
They did not reply to my e-mail. I wrote 3 more e-mails stating that I am waiting for a reply, but they have not responded for 5 days.

Can you please kindly accept my complaint and help resolve this issue . please let me know if you have any questions.

This complaint has been reopened as per Casino request and the AskGamblers Complaint Team would like to give it one more try and help both parties involved into the dispute reach a satisfactory resolution.

Hello Askgamblers team, has detected the account was in breach of our terms & conditions, including rules 3.5, 3.6 and 18.1:

“3.5. You are allowed to have only one Member Account. If you attempt to open more than one Member Account, all of your accounts may be blocked, suspended or closed and any funds credited to your account/s will be frozen.

3.6. If you notice that you have more than one registered Member Account you must notify us immediately. Failure to do so may lead to your Member Account being blocked.

18.1. Without restricting our ability to rely on other remedies that may be available to us, we may suspend and/or terminate your account, cancel any outstanding bets and/or confiscate any or all funds in your account at our absolute discretion if:
(vi) we determine that you are breaching any term of these Terms and Conditions;
(vii) we determine that you are acting in a manner that is detrimental to the conduct of our business;
(ix) we suspect that you have registered, manage or direct your betting activity on multiple user accounts in an attempt to hide your betting activity, bypass our set trading limits or violate any promotion Terms and Conditions;”

On February 10th, the account was informed that as a final decision, would allow the user to make a final withdrawal of all account balance (in the amount of 2852.85 USDT), and the account would be closed permanently afterward. Upon detection of any new accounts registered by this individual, all balances (including deposits) would be confiscated with no return or refund option.
