Hi! scammed me without any reason:

Unfortunately, your account will stay disabled due to following reason:

We have acquired evidence that you are acting in breach of our terms and conditions.

Under rule 16.1.

16.1. Without restricting our ability to rely on other remedies that may be available to us, we may suspend and/or terminate your account, cancel any outstanding bets and/or confiscate any or all funds in your account at our absolute discretion if:

(i) we suspect that you are engaging in money laundering, illegal or other fraudulent activity while using our Website; or
(ii) we suspect that you are depositing Bitcoin which have been obtained unlawfully or in a clearly and seriously debase manner; or
(iii) we obtain evidence that you are part of a betting syndicate where several parties are involved in placing bets in order to evade the Sportsbook Rules, these Terms and Conditions or any other rules of; or
(iv) we determine that you are using any device, robot, spider, software, routine or other method (or anything in the nature of the foregoing) to interfere or attempt to interfere with the normal proper functioning of our services, any relevant device(s), software, the Website, the casino games, the sportsbook and betting information or any transactions offered on the Website and in particular will not employ or make use of any artificial intelligence or other system (including machines, computers, software or any other automated systems) designed specifically to defeat the systems; or
(v) we determine that you are colluding or attempt to collude with other players in order to defraud or its customers;
(vi) we determine that you are breaching any term of these Terms and Conditions;
(vii) we determine that you are acting in a manner that is detrimental to the conduct of our business.

As a final exemption we ask you to specify a bitcoin wallet address to where your initial deposit will be returned to.

If you attempt to open any new accounts, please note that any deposits you send to in the future will not be returned.

Dear agent, I kindly ask you to pay me all my balance (0.4053 BTC) to my Bitcoin wallet 15cc6A­kD4­7UC­e3o­TL8­8eB­vwD­jhG­rtXo3aB or specify and prove, which point of the clause 16.1 I have (on your opinion) broken EXACTLY, because the wording of this clause is too broad and vague. I consider your allegation baseless: I have passed the verification and provided all the required documents. Now the situation looks like an attempt to steal my money on a made-up reason. But I still hope on the successful resolution and your full payment of my win in the next few days.

They just gave me back my deposit of 0.275 BTC, but they have not paid me my win of 0.13 BTC. And none of support guys had ever replied to my email, so I had to write at this forum. All it looks like “we let you gamble, but we won’t let you take your win”!

Raheemwart case report

As per investigation of username < username removed >, after will be referred to as the “customer”, has found multiple breaches of Terms and Conditions, which has resulted in account closure and deposit return.

Starting from March 2019 the customer has opened several accounts of which we suspected were opened as part of a multi-accounting fraud group. The customer was undergoing verification process, which were not passed and as a result concluded in the account closure and initial deposit being returned.

The customer was informed that if they opened any new accounts that the accounts will be closed immediately after discovering the connection, unfortunately the customer ignored this and continued to open new accounts even after our warning.

I’ve got no clue who those people are (cadeeze, despot54, jobear111, shivle,ownnewow) and why connected them with my account (raheemwart)! They say in their reply “suspected” without disclosing any proof.

But I can prove they are lying in their reply:

1. They write:

“The customer was undergoing verification process, which were not passed”

- that is a lie! I have provided the requested documents (my passport and the bank statement), then I was forwarded to, where I completed the verification. Please, find attached the screenshot of Sportsbet’s letter, thanking me for passing the verification.

2. They also write:

“the last evidence due to what account was closed was that the withdrawal the customer requested was to the following BTC address “< btc address removed >” which is the same wallet address to where the refund of remaining balance was provided on account “cadeez”.”

- that’s a lie! Please, find attached the printscreen of my withdrawal request where you can see another wallet (< btc address removed > - < link removed >), and the withdrawal confirmation of Sportsbet. I don’t know, whose wallet they mentioned in their letter!

Dear! Please, stop lying here about me and pay me my win of BTC 0,13 to MY wallet - the same you have paid my deposit to.
