I am playing for a long time at this casino, but never take a whitdrawl. So last week it was my first big winning € 8000,-. I whitdrawl the money but now after a yoer they said, first verification please. I sent directly a proof of adress, ID, Bank statement and they dont response anymore. I invest over the year more then 6000 euro and everytime they take directly my money. But now i hear nothing anymore, i am afraid they dont give my money. I have printscreens of the conversations with the customer support that they received all the documents. But more they cant do for me they said.

On the 6th of September 2019, the Verification Team informed you that the documents you have provided were accepted, except for the missing Bank Statement.
We see that you have had cancelled your withdrawals and played and currently has no pending withdrawals.
