Split Aces Casino - Verification Issue, Delayed €8,000 payment

I put in a withdrawal around 29th February with split aces casino for €100 which isn’t a lot since I’ve put alot more than that in deposits which get deducted from my account quite quickly. I have been chatting to online live chat for 2 weeks now as I needed to send bank details again even though I did it before and now whenever I ask them when it’s it will be soon and using words like hopefully and should be as it’s unknown to them when it will arrive in my account! I just want my €100 is that bad to ask come on split aces do your job

I made 1050 euro approved payment not received after over 2 weeks. When I ask customer services they are no help. They explain no pending payment. I have received payments from this casino before but this is the longest I have had to wait. Can you help .. I was a VIP user apparently, but this does not feel that way.

I requested a €1000 withdrawal over 2 weeks ago. Constantly use delay tactics and excuses not to pay out, have repeatedly asked for further documents from myself which I have submitted numerous times by both email and via direct chat but each time is met with further delays and obstacles. Have now told me that after 2 weeks of waiting they may have to begin withdrawal process from the beginning again. They have no intention of paying my winnings.

I have won and withdrawn 500 euros. Sent verification which has all been accepted and was told my withdrawal had been sent and would take up to 5 days. I’m now on day 8 and when I ask they just keep telling me to wait or disconnect from the live help service. I have contacted my bank who have confirmed there is no payments pending. And the support staff just keep telling me there is nothing more to do but wait.

I tried to post earlier and not sure if it came up.
I made my withdrawal 17 days ago,
It was approved last monday and was told it would take UP TO 5 working days. Now it's been 8 and their live chat hasnt got any sort of time frame for me. I'm puzzled as to how I've been told I'll have it last week and now they're not even certain if I'll have it this week.

Whilst playing on Split Aces I placed in the cash prizes for a tournament being run on their Book of Sun Multichance slot. As a result of taking part in this tournament my balance was €0 after using it all to place in the tournament.

After receiving my €500 cash reward I was able to raise this to a balance of €5000 which I requested a withdrawal for. This withdrawal was amended to be €1000 with a claim that VIP points were used to get the balance but it was all from the €500 cash prize. I've sent an email to the complaints team for Split Aces on November 25th with no response received to date.

After depositing and winning with no breaches of their very numerous betting terms and conditions I made a withdrawal.
After a long drawn out verification procedure I assume which was meant to frustrate my verification accepted, so fine and then withdrawal approved again great assumed everything OK then.
However that was 12 days ago after speaking online to their customer service agents have been told various time frames and was told it was actually paid 12 days ago, however today when I questioned how it is not in account and that no bank transfer no matter what would take this long, it was said it was only paid today and will be in my account in another 3-5 working days.
Of course there's no evidence it has been paid, and that I'm not going to spend my life every 3-5 business days online been misled by customer services about something which has never been paid.

I won €701 , after a very lengthy process of validation they said I could only have €100 because I won using bonus funds, this is simply not true! I won using my own deposited money!
So anyway, said €100 was apparently approved and sent to me on 29/10/19 and they said 5 business days, it has been five business days and still no measly €100 so not only did they steal €600 from me and tell lies as to why, I can’t get any of the very rude staff to explain why I don’t have the money they did agree to send me ?

I made a withdrawal on 22/10/19. The next day i received an email requesting documents, which i sent the same day. I received a phone verication call where i confirmed all of my details. I have since been on live chat to ask what is happening, they just ended my chat, i have sent numerous emails to the finance and support emails but nobody will respond.
