I have been trying to get in touch with this casino for months now.. I have around 2200€ in balance, which I would like to withdraw...
But here, 6 months later.... It's still pending... This withdrawal is from the 26th of April 2023..
I'm fully verified at the casino and I talked to live support, a lot of times.. They always write the same thing
( We don't handle withdraws, you have to contact the finance department, on this mail finance@scatterhall.com )
I wrote the first email on May 13th, 2023, and haven't had a response on that email yet..
The Casino has all my information, which I provided instantly, so this wouldn't be an issue..
They won't answer any emails and now they have shut down the live chat function..
I don't know what to do about this..
I actually went to the casino, because of the AskGamblers recommendations..
And now I'm sitting here, feeling cheated.
