Hola : el pasado dia 20 de marzo mandé los documentos de verificacion pero a fecha de hoy no han verificado mi cuenta todavía por lo que he retirado los 204 euros que habia en el saldo del casino.
Por correo y en el chat me dicen innumerales veces que la verificacion es de 1 a 5 dias pero ya han pasado mas dias.
Hoy en el chat me dicen que tienen mucho trabajo y que por eso no se ha verificado. Creo que eso no es una respuesta positiva por lo que van a consguir que yo y muchos mas se vayan de este casino ya que por lo visto he leido que esto lo hacen con muchisimos usuarios. Tengo pantalla desde que envié documentos.

Problem with withdrawal of my own deposit

Hi,

I would like to put in a complaint against Scatterhall.com. Did a deposit on their site for 2000skr (Swedish crowns) and after the deposit, I noticed that the slots were not available for my jurisdiction. So after that, I wanted to withdraw the funds that I deposited on their site.

So I sent in the KYC documents they were for a while under ''inspection'' and it took some time so I message them and asked and they said it could take between 1-5 business days. So after 6 or 7 days I wrote to them again and asked about it. And I was told they were going to forward my case. And after that, I got my account verified. So just that took over 5 days.

But now to the part I want your guys' help for. I won't get my deposit back. It just says pending. Hade a withdrawal from 25e of May and nothing happened with it. So 2023-05-09 I canceled it and tested again with a new withdrawal and it says the same after 2 days.

I have tried to contact the support/live chat and they just say that they don't handle ''withdraw cases'' and that I need to mail ([email protected]) so I did. I have sent 3 emails, one on Monday (2023-05-08), one on Tuesday (2023-05-09, and one today (Thursday 2023-05-11), and I haven't heard anything from them. Not even an email confirmation or ticket that says that they have received it. So I'm kinda out of hope.

The worst part is that it's not even winnings that I wanna withdraw, it's my own money that I deposited. So I really would like your guys to help to get this solved.
