2000 Euro withdrawal pending since April 27th

I add my name to the long list of users who haven't been getting their money from Scatter Hall Casino.

I started playing on the site a few months ago, deposited a total of 800€ over that time but was never able to roll over the wager. After depositing 100€ in late April I actually managed to get a profit after going through the wager (obviously being complient with all their rules). In total I was sitting on around 2600€. I then finished my KYC, went on to withdraw the max daily amount (500€) und lost around 600€ afterwards, so in total I still have 1500€ + the 500€ pending in my account. I contacted the support multiple times but as in the other cases I was given the same template answers that I should contact the finance department. I obviously did that but never received an answer, not even an automated reply that my request has been received.

At this point and after reading through the other complaints it seems pretty obvious that the site is scamming customers and never intended to payout any money and askgamblers should make sure to mark the site as such to prevent others to deposit money to this site.

Problem with withdrawal of my own deposit

Hi,

I would like to put in a complaint against Scatterhall.com. Did a deposit on their site for 2000skr (Swedish crowns) and after the deposit, I noticed that the slots were not available for my jurisdiction. So after that, I wanted to withdraw the funds that I deposited on their site.

So I sent in the KYC documents they were for a while under ''inspection'' and it took some time so I message them and asked and they said it could take between 1-5 business days. So after 6 or 7 days I wrote to them again and asked about it. And I was told they were going to forward my case. And after that, I got my account verified. So just that took over 5 days.

But now to the part I want your guys' help for. I won't get my deposit back. It just says pending. Hade a withdrawal from 25e of May and nothing happened with it. So 2023-05-09 I canceled it and tested again with a new withdrawal and it says the same after 2 days.

I have tried to contact the support/live chat and they just say that they don't handle ''withdraw cases'' and that I need to mail ([email protected]) so I did. I have sent 3 emails, one on Monday (2023-05-08), one on Tuesday (2023-05-09, and one today (Thursday 2023-05-11), and I haven't heard anything from them. Not even an email confirmation or ticket that says that they have received it. So I'm kinda out of hope.

The worst part is that it's not even winnings that I wanna withdraw, it's my own money that I deposited. So I really would like your guys to help to get this solved.
