Hi,
Pokerstars decided to refund my deposits and requested my docs.
I'm awaiting a withdrawal for over 2 months now. I sended the requested documents like ID and bankingdetails, transactions made to Pokerstars. I haven't received a confirmation or payment from them. This takes too long in my opinion

We've followed this up for you and your email with the documents is still in the queue with the Responsible Gaming queue. After reviewing the documents for you, we see that the copy of the ID is a little blurry, so we recommend that you send a clearer copy, to avoid any further delays.

Once your new copy has been received, we will do our utmost to try and resolve this for you as quickly as possible. However, please understand that the team is extremely busy with the high amount of cases they are handling at the moment. They are doing everything they can to resolve all cases in the shortest possible time.

We see that your documents have been processed and accepted.

The relevant team will now process the payment manually. Once this has been done, you will receive an auto email with more information.

Although we cannot guarantee this, we expect this last bit of the process to be completed within 24 hours.
