Hello,

I scored 215 points on the Spin and Go 100 leaderboard on Monday, 7th December. I can't remember any occassion where this score was not good enough for a Top 10 place (that means 200+ USD reward, even Top20 would be good enough for 100+ USD reward tough).

I contacted pokerstars because of the missing bonus but they told me the leaderboard data for this day can't be displayed and they are working on it.

It's been 7 days now and I'm still told they are working with high priority on it and that i will receive an email but no timeline is given. I wonder if it can really take more than 1 week to find the missing leaderboard data?

In case 215 points were not enough for a reward, which i hardly doubt + i was still on #6 shortly before the day ended (unforunately no screenshot taken), i would like to receive the leaderboard data and/or my potential reward.

Both your chats about this subject were forwarded to the relevant team, they will review this for you in the shortest time possible and reply to you, via email.

For your information, there is a technical issue with the Leaderboard, which our team is aware of and they are busy, working on a fix. However, rest assured, the Spin & Go tournaments are still being tracked correctly.

We're very sorry for the inconvenience and hope this will be resolved soon.

Hi,

can you please be a bit more specific on "they will review this for you in the shortest time possible and reply to you, via email." ? This is the statement now for 9 days (and 24h+ on this page) and i don't see any progress on this matter.
