I sign in at 11 march i send them the verification documents via the pokerstars app no reply.i resend them on 18 march after the typical mail of them that send us this documents.i send my id and address proof via the pokerstars and via the mail.still no reply they dont answer at my mails on the support team.i have money in my account that i want to withdraw and they dont make the verify.i wait from 11 march to make a verify that they say it takes 72hours

still no answer in the verify i made a withdraw request yesterady and still pending cause the verify isnt complete.in the mails they ssay that they verify me in 72 hours.my id in pokerstars is marina199541 and still no reply
