I've been playing a Pokerstars for about 2 years.
19/01/2021 I decided to play some casino games. I've remember that I have a Pokerstars account.
I've been playing normally for 2 days.
21/01/2021 got a message through Pokerstars software that my account is restricted. Can't do anything.
21/01/2021 I received an e-mail from Slavka - Pokerstars Teeam suuport telling that "Your account is undergoing a standard security check".
Pokerstars aked for gov id's prove person.
Thats same day 21/01/2021 I sent them all documents.
There was no response at all. So 22, 25, 27, 27/01/2021 and 05/02/2021 I continuosly sent a lot of messages to them. I also duplicated messages to theirs different official email accounts.
However, no response at all.
I'm so tired and anxious about their service that want to request my money back.
