Signed up here, and verified the email as per the email sent by PokerStars, all worked fine, made a deposit, and tried to play.
All of a sudden it says games are blocked in your account please verify your email. Got the email link to verify sent again, follow the process and it says there is a problem verifying your email please use the code. I tried to use the code and it says the code is invalid. Repeat the same process numerous times with the same issue, and have contacted support with no success.
It’s not a lot of money I deposited $100 and but this is not the point.
This casino seems highly suspect and I want this issue resolved and have no faith in PokerStars solving it themselves.
