Recently I've registered on Pokerstars.cz and deposited more than 20$ with the bonus code "FORTY" and after that, I've received a bonus of 5$ twice. Then I verified my profile.

Unfortunately, my profile was before verification faultily frozen for a few hours. And now, when I've been playing for more than a week after the verification, I still haven't received the remaining 30$.
