My account is still frozen after I have sent the necessary documents (sent on the 14th), I sent another message to pokerstars asking how long the process takes and they replied the message has been forwarded to the relevant department and no message after that, I would just like to know if the documents have been accepted or if they are not correct without waiting weeks or months for a reply saying they are not sufficient, I have looked up how long generally other casinos take to accept documents and it doesn't seem to be that long generally 48 hours I have read.
