Please undue delays
On December 14, 2020.
I withdrew 9500USD from Party Casino. Via e-transfer.
First issue.
The withdrawl was delayed - as per party casino description because the instadebit deposits had not cleared.
On Dec 17 time stamped in party casino withdraw history. The deposit was cleared.
I contacted party casino via email and live chat and was told my withdrawl was being delayed due to a security review. Emails available.
On December 21 I received an email from the Casino indicating my withdrawl was approved ans wouls be deposited in 1-3 days. I also confirmed a change in withdrawl status in my party casino acct.
On the third business day December 24 I received an email from party casino indicating that the transfer failed: I have included the email excerpt below. I will note that I have never had a deposit issue and i had a successful etransfer june of 2020.
I am contacting you in regards to your Interac e-Transfer withdrawal.
Please be informed that the $9,500.00 withdrawal with transaction ID: 16********** was not successful unfortunately.
Please get back to us with the following bank details so that we can reprocess the payment to your bank account:

- Bank branch address:
- Bank account holder name:
- Bank account number:
- IBAN:
- SWIFT code:
What is interesting is North American Banks do not ise IBAN #s. So that wasnt procided, but I did provide proof of this directly from TD bank along with all other requested info. I am assuming the next delay will be over a IBAN #.
The real issue here is the amount of the withdrawl and the obvious delay tactics.
