I have been a Party Casino customer for quite a long time. I have had no problems with withdrawals, but now they are stalling, and have been unable to pay my winnings for two weeks. One time they tell me they can't find the amount, and the next time they tell me to upload my ID and then my passport. And my account manager has mysteriously disappeared and is not responding. I have attached our conversations so far and the status of my payment.

The money arrived this morning thank you very much. However, I still haven't received an explanation as to why it took 18 days for the transfer to arrive. Unfortunately, the above reasoning does not tell me anything and the unclear communication from the helpdesk is also a cause for concern. Anyway, thank you, you can close my complaint with a positive conclusion.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you.
Seems there was an issue with your payment provider blocking the withdrawal process.
This has now been rectified and I can confirm payment has been released today you should be receiving the funds in your bank account within the next 2-4 Business days.
When you receive this, please write back on here confirming the issue has been resolved.
