Hi,
I requested to withdraw £10000 on 18th January 2023 and this transaction has been stuck on status "reviewing performing checks" since. Party Casino did email me on 18th Jan requesting my driver licencse which I provided the same day. I have opened 2 tickets asking for an update on my payment which they replied it was still undergoing checks.
I have made other withdrawals and haven't had any issues, only this one which is a large amount.

I have sent this off to Payment Operations for an explanation of this withdrawal, once I hear back I will give a further update.
