Hello I’m writing this complaint due to an extended period of time waiting for my withdrawal. I requested a withdrawal of $14,500 cad on the 19th of December 2022 this month. Since then the withdrawal has remained in the reviewing state. I’ve contacted the casino twice via phone call, and was told on the first occasion it would be processed within 24hrs. I’ve been a member of partycasino for 4-5 years and have withdrawn thousands of dollars from the casino no problem and it has never been longer than a two day waiting period. I would like to resolve this issue asap thanks.

Firstly apologies for the late reply, I wanted to get you a detailed response to your issue.
The withdrawal was delayed as this was awaiting validation, but I can confirm both withdrawals amounting to
CAD 14,500 were both approved on 26th Dec, so funds should be hitting your account any moment now.
Once this happens please do let me know, alternatively if it fails to come through get in touch and ill get to the bottom of the issue.
