I made a deposit by bank transfer, but the money was debited directly from the bank account, but nothing arrived at my player account. The live chat says there is nothing there and it would take a few hours, but I don't think so. I can see the transaction in my account, as can also be seen in the one picture. The support does not contact me. Please help me

I see that you had a timeout on deposit. I also see you received a voucher for €200 on June 30th to credit the account on the same day for compensation. I have verified that you received a email from our support and can verify that you have used the voucher.
