I have an account at Magical Spin. I cannot now access their site as it seems they are blocking players from Ireland.

I am fully verified.

My withdrawal of 300 euros from them did not reach my bank account. I have emailed numerous times to try and receive support but they are not helping?

I also have 300 euros left in the account - so 600 euro total.

Can askgamblers please mediate.

Hello,

Which regulations block players from the republic of ireland? I am not aware of any?

The bank has confirmed the funds were returned to you as they do not accept IBAN payments from LT banks. Your team then sent me another 230 euros yesterday to that bank (knowing I was having trouble tracing the first payment). This will be returned to you.

We need to probably do the payment via Crypto or Skrill if my bank won't accept your countries IBAN.

Hello,

Can you please specify which licensing regulations you are referring to? There is currently no license provider in ireland and that has not changed...

Please have the finance team discuss with me on here the different options. I can only offer Skrill and Crypto (my deposits were with crypto so I'm not sure why the withdrawals are not available with crypto).

Thanks for getting back.

Unfortunately, the payment has not been received, the bank has confirmed their international payment department has returned the payment to you as it was sent from a Lithuania IBAN and they confirmed this is classed as high risk and can't be included?

Has the payments been returned to you? Again it has not been and cannot be received by my bank as you use the LT bank account....

As stated my bank have confirmed the payment HAS not and CANNOT be received as you attempted the payment from a LT bank account. The bank account rejects these payments.

I can supply my bank account to askgamblers and a statement from my bank.

You sent the second payment of €230 despite me telling you not to as the first payment had not been received.

I will need to instruct solicitors if this is not resolved this week as this is VERY VERY VERY ODD. You have left Ireland and lied as to the reason why (As there has been no change in licensing or regulator requirements). So I am very very suspicious.
