Account wrongly closed when trying to withdraw funds
Please check what is happening in GG.bet, which has recently started blocking user accounts - including mine. They claim that I have made a lot of registrations, but it just so happened that it was my first adventure with this casino, hence my surprise when the account was blocked after the withdrawal request. The only data that was verified was the telephone number, which of course could not be used earlier in GG.bet because the verification would be ineffective. I used their services for a few days, until I ordered two withdrawals - the first for PLN 200, the second for PLN 50, and the account still had PLN 66 - as I hoped, for further play. Unfortunately, a few minutes later the account was blocked for reasons unknown to me. Support provides only brief information that the account has been blocked due to multiple registrations, but does not provide data when registration took place, e-mail address, etc. I suspect that they are not giving them because they simply do not have them and are lying, so I don't have to withdraw my winnings.
I demand that you, as the company that supports GG.bet, reliably check whether the casino's position is true, and unblock my account and pay out winnings.
