Hi I would like to formally file a complaint regarding my withdrawals, i just came back to this casino since last 2024. Before withdrawals usually takes 1-2 days but now its more than 3days already and I haven't received my winnings yet. I am worried that they will delay more since I recently came back and won.

We would like to clarify why you would like to close this complaint as "not be fixed."
As mentioned earlier, two transactions in the amounts of 6,000.00 PHP and 4,000.00 PHP have already been successfully processed and credited to your account. At the moment, only one transaction of 4,000.00 PHP is still being processed.
We expect it to be completed as soon as possible and will remain available until this matter is fully resolved.
