On September 8 I made a withdrawal of approximately 2.001 BTC.
Later the same day the withdrawal got declined. My entire balance of 2.001 BTC was reset to the same amount as my latest deposit, 0.149 BTC (1.852 BTC was removed). Bob casino claims that the reason for this is bonus abuse. They have still not told mw what they mean by bonus abuse and what terms I have breached to justify their decision.
I made the deposit and got a 50 % bonus. I played only on allowed games, under the maximum bet for bonuses and wagered the bonus completely. I do not know what part of this can be considered bonus abuse. It was also my first deposit after the welcome bonuses I got when I registered.
There were three welcome bonuses available and this was my fourth deposit that I made after I got a promotional email about the 50 % bonus.
Since I have only claimed the welcome bonuses + 1 additional bonus it can not be considered as using "too many" bonuses either.
Because of this, Bob casino has no valid reason to confiscate my winnings.
My balance should be changed to 2.001 BTC again so I can keep my rightful winnings.

I played at Bob casino on September 8, which is over a month ago.
It is true that I have accounts at other Softswiss casinos and I played at those because I no longer wanted to play at Bob casino due to this complaint.
However it was only a few days ago that my accounts at other casinos got closed. This means that Softswiss did not inform you about the "warning" until just recently. That is completely unrelated to my game play at Bob casino over a month ago. If I would have opened this complaint a bit earlier you would not even have received the so called warning yet.
The fact remains that you confiscated my winnings even though you had no valid reason to do so. I have only claimed the three welcome bonuses + 1 additional bonus at Bob casino. I followed all of the bonus rules and only 4 bonuses can not be consider as bonus abuse. What happens on other casinos later on is irrelevant and can not be used as a reason to justify a decision made before that point.
Because this all of my winnings are still legitimate and I want my balance changed to the full amount 0f 2.001 BTC
I have decided to accept Bob casino's offer to get all of my deposits refunded.
When I get the money and manage to make a successful withdrawal I will consider the case to be resolved.
