Need help with unfair confiscation

My regards. I appeal to you with a request to help me return the money illegally taken from me on the site betandyou.com. I have been registered on the site since 2020. I made bets on singles and multiples on various events, mainly top events (English Premier League, Serie A, Bundesliga, etc.). But recently, when trying to withdraw money from my account, I received a refusal and a request for verification. I have successfully passed verification. But the amount of money left on my account after verification decreased by 63,079.36 hryvnias. Before the start of the proceedings, there were 110,755 hryvnias on my account, and only 47,675.64 hryvnias were made available for withdrawal. They sent me a letter in the mail in which I was absolutely groundlessly and without any evidence accused of fraud. Here is the text of their letter:

“We bring to your attention that we have decided to terminate cooperation with you (closing the gaming account) on the basis of the General Provisions of the BC Rules:

If a betting participant commits fraudulent actions against the betting company (multi-account, use of betting automation software, playing on arbitrage situations, if the betting account is not used for making bets, abuse of loyalty programs, etc.), then the betting company reserves the right stop such fraudulent activities by:

- cancellation of bets;

- closing the client's account;

- appeals to law enforcement agencies on the fact of committing fraudulent actions by such a client.

The decision was made after a thorough investigation of the situation by our Security Service. We ask you not to create gaming accounts in our company.

In view of the fact that your actions are a gross violation of the rules of our company, the decision to terminate cooperation is final and not subject to revision.

All requests from you on the topic of blocking will be ignored.»


They didn’t explain to me exactly which rules I “violated”, they didn’t provide any evidence, but they simply stole the money. Please help to restore justice and return my money in the amount of 63079.36 hryvnias. Thank you in advance.

This company has already written before that they sent to ASKGAMBLERS all the necessary information with evidence or reasons why they took my money. But now they are writing again that they will send something again. It just looks like wasting time and a brazen unwillingness to meet the player and ASKGAMBLERS halfway, and the desire to illegally steal the player's winnings.

I'm unable to withdraw 649€ because of not receiving the SMS code to confirm it. Before that there was no problem of receiving SMS code or withdrawing my money. My mobile service provider checked everything and there is no problem on their side neither is in my phone, because as checked by my provider there was no SMS that would get to my providers servers. Then I ordered a callback option, this is when their operater calls you on your phone. I explained the situation to him and he gave me code to confirm the withdrawal. But it was rejected, as you can see in the attached picture. As always I deposited with bank card and tried to make wihtdrawal with SEPA back to my bank account. Until this it was working fine as I already made a withdrawal. So this reason for rejection is a problem in their system or they just want to stole my money even when I have a minus of a few thousand € on my account overall. And now I have another problem. I cant even get into account because i need an SMS code as you can see in the attached picture. But again there is no SMS being sent to my phone (my operater checked it again). Their live chat support is not helpful at all since all they give me is generic answers again and again and are saying that SMS was sent, which was not. When I try to call operator who called me back I am waiting in the lobby for next available operator and then the call ends. I have tried to call them a few times already but its always the same.

Unable to cashout due to phone number verification issue
Dear Askgamblers Team, I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding my recent experience with BetandYou Casino's customer support and verification process, which has been nothing short of frustrating and unproductive.

For the past 4 days, I have been attempting to resolve an issue with updating my phone number in order to cash out my account balance. The casino requires a verification code to complete this process, which is supposed to be sent via SMS. Despite numerous attempts, I have not received any SMS containing the verification code. I have diligently followed all troubleshooting steps provided by their support team and even submitted screenshots demonstrating the issue. However, the problem persists.

Furthermore, every time I reached out to their live chat support for assistance, I was required to explain the entire situation repeatedly. Initially, I was informed that I needed to contact a hotline to receive the OTP over the phone. To my dismay, no hotline number was listed on their website. When I informed this to the chat support agent, I was instructed to request a callback instead. I promptly submitted a callback request but have not received any response or callback for the past two days.

This ongoing delay and lack of effective communication have left me unable to access my funds, causing significant inconvenience and frustration. I am reaching out to AskGamblers in hopes of escalating this matter and obtaining a resolution as soon as possible.

Please assist me in addressing this issue with BetandYou Casino's management. I would appreciate any support in expediting the verification process or providing alternative solutions to access my account funds without further delay.
