I can't withdraw my fund at Betandyou because I have to verify my account with them first
My first and second withdrawal is successful almost instantly but after that I have to verify my account with them.
First of all they want my id card (both sides) and I sent photo of my id card but they want fully and clearly visible then I sent another set of my id card(both sides) after that they ask me to make a selfie holding my ID card near my face and conversation between us. I tried several time to make it done. They said "Your data is under verification now. You will receive the answer in the nearest time." at 28/1/2023 time at 23:15 (GMT+7) I will make this time mark at hour#0 and document#1.
After I sent them my id card several time for an update all their team said is only "All requests are processed in turn. Please wait, you will get a notification." and "Please wait, you will get a notification."
At hour#58 I asked them for an update and told them I waited for more than enough time to verify my account then they asked me for "Photos or original PDF-file of utility bills for the last 3 months on the place of your registration" and sent it to them in half an hour. They got my pdf and said "Your request has been sent to the specialists, wait for the answer." This is document#2 At hour#58.
After I sent the second document I keep asking for an update on my verification and they answer the same quote as before.
At hour#72 I asked askgamblers support team if I waited over 72 hours already but I just sent them document#2 at hour#57 and askgamblers support team told me I have to wait another 72 hours start from time that they receive document#2 but if they ask another document I should feel free to submit a complaint. I feel so bad at this point but I will wait another 72 hours.
I have to wait until hour#130 (58+72). Between that I asked for an update but I got the same answer everytime.
At hour#129 ( 3/2/2023 at 09:46 GMT+7) They ask for my driving license from both sides. This is document#3 they want from me. I sent my driving license from both sides to them and they said "Your request has been sent to the specialists, wait for the answer."
At the moment I writing this complaint is 3/2/2023 at 22:29 GMT+7. This is hour#143 and my account still not verified by them.
I asked them for update many times and I got this message from them too "System notification. Suspicion of spam! If we keep receiving multiple messages from this address, the e-mail address will be blocked automatically by system."
I have 128,000.08 THB( equivalent to 3840.67 USD) with them and I want to withdraw all my money.
Please help me in this verification case I really want someone to help me out.
