I was register this betting site 5th july. My account was frozen in 7th july. Just 2days after register.
I mail them and given all the needed documents. After that they says they will notify me the result. It been 32 days running. Still they keep saying they will notify me the reuslt. But they not giving me the result.
I had 18924BDT which is about to 150$ in Betandreas.
Hope they will fix my account.

Are you joking. It,s been more than a month and you guys need more time to verification? I was give my all the document within a days. So what are guys doing for a month? Verification? What kind of verification which take months?
Are you really taking time for verification or just delaying the Process intentionally?
Most of the betting sites doing verification within couple of days rarely it takes a week. And you saying it will take more time after a month. Are you really care about the user who are doing bets in your site?
Make it fast or give me the date when my account going to be unfreeze.
