Hello, I decide to try bet andreas, I deposit 100 usd, I played on sport. I make some profit. After that they froze my account and they ask me to send them all data which I did and that par was sucessfull. After that we have video call and they unfrozen my acc, it was verified, After that I decide to try slots on their site, won and now my balance is 6351e.

Im trying 2 days to withdraw the money but when i click to withdraw they asking me to link my phone number with site. Here problem stars, i tried few times, phone call or sms code simple dont arrive. I contact on mail, nothing. On telegram, nothing. ON chat, nothing. They just ghost me and ignore. My money is stuck on their site and i cant do much about that. They respond me with some stupid anwers like "check your memory" , come on what memory check in 2025 with these phones. I think they want to just ignore me and not to pay me.

Hello, yesterday i was told that from my country i cant receive call or sms to link with my acc, so live chat support told me that i should use phone number from another country. I asked if Montenegro phone number is avaliable and they respond yes. But, now i tried Montenegro phone number and it is the same,not receiving. This all looks like they just dont send the code and want to scam.
Pls, ask gamblers if they dont respond with solution put them on black list, this is very proof what are they doing with customers.

This casino keep ignoring me, here, livechat is useless, same asnwer all the time, i also put review on trustpilot, same story. It seems they answer only when are smaller amounts, bigger amounts will just skip. They dont send code on purpose, delaying me till i give up and to keep my balance.

Hello, i want to inform u that i took out all the money from casino. At the end all was good, but bigest problem here was misscumunication with chat operators and with mail support. I advise bet andreas to work on this and all will be better for sure. Thanks to ask gamblers again
