Dear Security Department,

I am writing to formally complain about the unjustified blocking of my account at BetAndreas.

Account ID / Username: 9732704

Registered Email: <removed>

More than 12 months have passed since my account was blocked. I have completed all verification procedures as requested (ID, proof of address, payment method, etc.), and yet my account remains inaccessible without any valid explanation.

This situation is unacceptable. It is a violation of my customer rights and creates serious doubts about the fairness and transparency of your platform.

I demand the immediate reactivation of my account and access to my funds. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate my complaint to the licensing authority (Curacao eGaming) and share this case with other regulatory and consumer protection platforms.

I expect your urgent response and resolution.

Hello, Dear Mshsgsvsjsh and AskGamblers Team!

The game account was blocked in accordance with Paragraph 2.10 of the Rules:

If a Player is suspected of committing fraudulent actions against the Betting Company (multiple accounts, multiple sessions (multiple simultaneous active sessions on one account), bets made by third parties, the use of betting automation software, playing on arbitrage situations, bets placed to exceed the limits set by the Company, misuse of Loyalty Programmes, or if the gaming account is not used to place bets, etc.), the Betting Company reserves the right to prevent these fraudulent actions by:
Cancelling bets.
Restricting withdrawals.
Closing the client's account without reimbursement.

More details can be found in clause 2.10 of the rules on our website.

Unfortunately, we do not know the details of the blocking of the account, the security department do not disclose the details of the verification and decision.

After a year you still don't know why you blocked my account? All your words are childish excuses, I didn't have any other accounts. On the other hand, how is it possible that the verification process of an account takes a year? You just want to make the user get bored and stop following up

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that BetAndreas Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.

Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.
