My account balance is £36, and it has been more than 90 days since I started trying to withdraw my funds.

Each time I contact your team, I am told to wait 60 days, even after I have successfully completed the verification process.

I kindly ask you to please look into this matter urgently. I have fulfilled all verification requirements and would like to receive my money as soon as possible.

Please resolve this issue without further delay.

Problem with phone verification

Hello, I decide to try bet andreas, I deposit 100 usd, I played on sport. I make some profit. After that they froze my account and they ask me to send them all data which I did and that par was sucessfull. After that we have video call and they unfrozen my acc, it was verified, After that I decide to try slots on their site, won and now my balance is 6351e.

Im trying 2 days to withdraw the money but when i click to withdraw they asking me to link my phone number with site. Here problem stars, i tried few times, phone call or sms code simple dont arrive. I contact on mail, nothing. On telegram, nothing. ON chat, nothing. They just ghost me and ignore. My money is stuck on their site and i cant do much about that. They respond me with some stupid anwers like "check your memory" , come on what memory check in 2025 with these phones. I think they want to just ignore me and not to pay me.

Account blocked for verification more than a year ago

More than 12 months have passed since my account was blocked. I have completed all verification procedures as requested (ID, proof of address, payment method, etc.), and yet my account remains inaccessible without any valid explanation.

This situation is unacceptable. It is a violation of my customer rights and creates serious doubts about the fairness and transparency of your platform.

I demand the immediate reactivation of my account and access to my funds. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate my complaint to the licensing authority (Curacao eGaming) and share this case with other regulatory and consumer protection platforms.

Account frozen for a month

My betandreas account number is 11197413
I was register this betting site 5th july. My account was frozen in 7th july. Just 2days after register.
I mail them and given all the needed documents. After that they says they will notify me the result. It been 32 days running. Still they keep saying they will notify me the reuslt. But they not giving me the result.
I had 18924BDT which is about to 150$ in Betandreas.
Hope they will fix my account.
