My withdrawals are pending for more than 2 months now. They had asked for docs and explanations which I have already proivded multiple times. A chat line agent told me today that my account is fully verified and there is no need to send any docs or explanation. Why you holding my withdrawals for no reason then ?. Its very frustrating and annoying. I ask gambler.com to please help me resolve my issue.
In last email they asked why I sent 2 proof of address documents. I had already explained that before and I am explaning it here again that I sent 2 bank statements, one from RBC bank and one from Koho Financial. RBC statements were old statements from month of Aug, Sep, Oct 2024 and they were sent to show interac deposits/withdrawals in to the casino and RBC statements had my old address on it i-e Toronto, Ontario address. Koho Financial statement is from month of Nov 2024 and it has my latest address on it i-e Calgary, Alberta address. I have now even received my latest RBC bank statement showing Calgary, Alberta address and it has same address as KOHO Financial and there is no discrepancy now. Hope it resolves any confusion.
I am also attaching here my latest RBC bank statement and statement from KOHO Financial
Please release my withdrawals as soon as possible. I am in lot of stress and anxiety.
