Hi I made an account on 888 casino, unfortunately for me I used an address that was incorrect. I have been in touch since as soon as I tried to withdraw my winnings and I raised this with them an provided them all relevant documents to update the address.
I have live chatted them multiple times and they keep saying it is with the operations department and that is who I have sent all documents to to verify address but they are not responding.

The amount I have won when trying to withdraw and realised I used a wrong address was €2600. I have been in touch on there live chat and just get told it’s with the relevant department and I don’t hear back then.
