I did request 2 withdraw on March 22 and 23, 2023, $37000 and $15000 Canadian dollars. Then I received few emails to verify my account and they have asked me to send ID, copy of my credit cards which I used while deposit, credit card statement and utility bills. I uploaded all the documents on March 22, 2023.
After that, every time when I call the customer service department or online chart, they just said the relevant department is very busy. I asked how soon I can get a result on my case, and they said up to 5 business days, now it has been over a week now, and I still didn't receive my withdraw and no update on my account.
