Hi there,

I did request 2 withdraw on March 22 and 23, 2023, $37000 and $15000 Canadian dollars. Then I received few emails to verify my account and they have asked me to send ID, copy of my credit cards which I used while deposit, credit card statement and utility bills. I uploaded all the documents on March 22, 2023.

After that, every time when I call the customer service department or online chart, they just said the relevant department is very busy. I asked how soon I can get a result on my case, and they said up to 5 business days, now it has been over a week now, and I still didn't receive my withdraw and no update on my account.

Requested withdraw on March 22th and 23th, and today is April 2nd, it has been more 10 days, just checked my account, both withdraw still shows awaiting process.

Emailed customer support many times, no update.

Could you please give me a maximum timeline? I am getting so tire of this.

Hi ASKGAMBLERS,

Got email today at 1:50pm from 888 that asking for wire transfer information, which include

• The name of your bank
• Your name in the bank account
• SWIFT / BIC code of the bank
• IBAN code / Bank account number (please contact the bank for this information)

I went to my bank branch and got it, also upload it on 888 website.

Hi there,

As you can see on March 7 and March 16, there were two withdrawals under my account, both of them are successfully, that means my banking information are 100% correct. I don’t know why they need my banking info again.

Okay, to make your relevant department happy, I went to my bank branch, asked them to print out all the details of my account information, and also I asked stamp on the paper. I already uploaded two days ago.

It has been 14 days since I request the withdraw, still no update.

Called customer services and also email the customer support, they are still saying relevant department is very busy, they can’t give me a timeframe.

What is the problem there?

Hello Gambler,

It has been 9 days after you post this complaint, we all can see that all the reply from 888 casino is useless, I called customer service many many times and emailed them every single day regarding the process withdraw and asked for a call back from their management team because people who pick up my phone can’t do anything, no timeline, no additional information, Ana and Rebecca were helped me sent requests, they promised me their manager or supervisor would call me in 24 hours. Unfortunately nothing, I don’t know what to do right now.
