I have been playing at 888 Casino for approximately 8 years. In the past my wins were paid out with no problem. Lately not so much.

I had a win of $280 US in mid May which I attempted to withdraw on May 24. (1)

The Casino asked for some verification which I supplied and was eventually approved (2) (May 28)

After several days i noticed that the funds were still sitting in my account so i made an inquiry through chat(3)

I was given the withdrawal times (4)

I waited and then on June 12th i made another inquiry (5) and was put off again.

I read the Ask Gambler instructions (June 16) and then asked if the Casino had a dispute resolution department and was told yes.

This was on June 15 and no one has attempted to contact me.(6)I have now been waiting 25 days for my $280 U S win and have been given no excuse for the delay Additionally no one has made an effort to contact me. I really would appreciate your help in resolving this.
