What an absolute nightmare this withdrawal process is. I’ve been lied to several times, I have been delayed in payment, supervisors have personally called me to ensure payment yet won’t send me the appropriate email verification. I have verified 9 types of ID, statements, debit transcript. This is the worst I have ever had to deal with. Please help put some pressure on these crooks. I have finally reached out to the AGCO here in Ontario and am literally on the line waiting to speak to the support team at 888 to file a formal complaint so the AGCO can intervene. They then have a supervisor call me from the UK to do damage control. I am fed up and will proceed with my complaint process regardless of the outcome now. Until that wire hits, the gloves are off.

Here they’re telling me eight weeks now. They refuse to give me a complaint number so I can file with the AGCO. I am now forwarding all information to the AGC complaint with all emails and all names of each employee involved in this process.

I wonder why they won’t respond?
This should be a testament The way they treat their players. Not only do they treat their players poorly, they also do not want to pay out the Players winnings. Sounds a wee bit fraudulent to me.

Still awaiting processing. I can’t fathom this. Bet888 does not carry integrity or else they would pay out in a timely manner. No response from their team either. As you can see we are still awaiting processing. No updates for you here however.
