I have submitted my withdrawal request on 31 December 2024. My account is fully verified with confirmation email. Till today, my withdrawal status still under "Awaiting Process". The weird thing is the withdrawal status keeps changing from " In Process" to "Awaiting Process", it's seem like they didn't initiate and process my withdrawal at all as they promised 4 to 7 days available in my bank. I'm feeling tired with their withdrawal.

The withdrawal team NEVER execute my withdrawal at all. Always let the system bounce back. From Awaiting Process to In Process and to Awaiting Process again. The customer service told me REPROCESS. This is 4th Reprocess. It's ridiculous and dishonest gambling company.
